Conducting an Organizational Readiness Assessment prior to training implementation.

Advising on, review and drafting of organizational policies and procedures.

Development of user-friendly Frequently Asked Questions documents to ensure accessibility of policies.

Advising on response to specific incidents.

  • Speaking at conferences including plenary and breakout sessions, prepared talks and conversational panel discussions. In companies, talks range from org-wide Fireside chats at company retreats to opt-in Brown Bag lunches on zoom. “The process was seamless start to finish. I'm so happy we went with this customized training. Our staff has a lot of experience facilitating groups and our context is unique, involving interaction with many stakeholders that are non-employees. From the first planning conversation, Rory was interested in diving into the context in which we do our work and helped to identify the types of follow up conversations that would be needed to deliver a training that would go above and beyond simple compliance. My employees now really get what sexual harassment is and what to do when it happens to them or when they see it.

We've gone a long way in creating a safer work environment and am so grateful for Rory’s help in doing so.”
